At Gr8Kratos Mode, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

If your return is denied, we will notify you with an explanation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include photos of the issue and your order number.

• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards

• Items with visible wear or damage

• Items missing packaging or accessories

• Clearance or final‑sale items
